At Martzen, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase made through martzen.store. This Refunds & Returns Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Return Window:
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Condition Requirements:
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and unworn
In original condition
Returned with original packaging and tags

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Custom or personalized products
Clearance or final sale items
Bedding items (unless defective or damaged upon arrival)

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact us at support@martzen.store with your order number and reason for return
We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions
Securely package your item and include the RMA number inside the package
Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving the RMA

Returns sent without an RMA may not be accepted.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges based on product availability.
